Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of Anthros, the website anthros.ai.vn and the Anthros connection service. By using them you agree to these terms. If you use Anthros on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you may accept these terms for that organization.

Where your organization has signed a separate agreement with Benocode, that agreement prevails over these terms if the two conflict.

1. The provider

Anthros is developed and licensed by Benocode Company Limited (Công ty TNHH Benocode), tax code 0319354596, 124 Nguyen Van Kinh Street, Cat Lai Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam ("Benocode", "we").

2. The service

Anthros is an agent operations runtime. AI agents work on tasks for your organization, people approve the steps that need a human decision, and Anthros can connect to Meta, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and MCP servers that you authorize.

Each customer organization receives its own Anthros instance, deployed and maintained by Benocode. The scope of deployment, support and any fees are set out in the customer's order or agreement.

3. License

Anthros is proprietary software. Benocode grants the customer organization a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Anthros for its internal business during the term of its agreement. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer or redistribute the software, except where the law expressly allows it.

4. Accounts

Your organization's administrators invite users and set their roles. You are responsible for keeping sign-in credentials secret and for all activity under your accounts. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Your data

Your organization owns the content it puts into Anthros and the results agents produce for it. You give Benocode the rights needed to host, process and back up that content only to provide and support the service. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Connected services

When you connect a Meta, Google, Microsoft or MCP account, you confirm that you are allowed to grant that access, and you remain bound by that provider's own terms and policies. Anthros acts in those accounts only within the permissions you grant and only for tasks your users request or approve. You can disconnect at any time in Settings › Connections.

7. AI output and human approval

Agents can make mistakes. Anthros lets your organization require human approval for the actions that matter, and you are responsible for reviewing output and approvals before relying on them — especially for spending money, publishing content, or decisions with legal, financial or personal consequences.

8. Acceptable use

You must not use Anthros to:

• break the law or the rights of others, including privacy and intellectual property rights;
• send spam, run deceptive advertising, or violate the policies of Meta, Google, Microsoft or other connected platforms;
• create malware, attack systems, or try to access data that is not yours;
• interfere with, overload or bypass the security of the service.

We may suspend access that puts the service, other customers or third parties at risk, and we will tell you why when we can.

9. Third-party AI models

Your organization chooses the AI model provider its instance uses and is responsible for having a valid agreement with that provider. Benocode is not responsible for the availability or output of third-party models.

10. Fees

Fees for deployment, hosting and support, if any, are set out in your order or agreement. Fees are not published on this website.

11. Suspension and termination

Either party may end the agreement as set out in the customer's order or agreement. When it ends, access to the instance stops and we delete the instance and its backups within 30 days, unless you ask us in writing to export your data first.

12. Disclaimers

Except as stated in your agreement, Anthros is provided "as is". We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that agent output will be accurate or fit a particular purpose.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Benocode is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees your organization paid Benocode for Anthros in the 12 months before the claim.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes that cannot be resolved by negotiation will be settled by the competent court in Ho Chi Minh City.

15. Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the version number and the "Last updated" date on this page and notify customer organizations of material changes before they take effect.
