Data Deletion Instructions
How to disconnect Meta, Google or Microsoft from Anthros and how to ask for your data to be deleted.
You can remove Anthros's access to your Meta, Google or Microsoft account at any time, and you can ask us to delete the data we hold about you. This page explains both.
1. Disconnect inside Anthros
- Sign in to your organization's Anthros instance.
- Open Settings › Connections.
- Choose the connection (Meta, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or an MCP server).
- Select Disconnect and confirm.
Anthros deletes the stored access and refresh tokens for that connection from your instance immediately. Agents can no longer read from or act in that account.
Only users with permission to manage connections can do this. If you cannot, ask your organization's Anthros administrator, or write to us (section 4).
2. Remove Anthros from your Facebook account
You can also revoke access from Facebook directly:
- On Facebook, open Settings & privacy › Settings.
- Open Business integrations (or Apps and websites).
- Find Anthros, select Remove, and confirm.
When you remove the app, Meta invalidates the tokens it issued to Anthros, and Anthros can no longer access your Pages or ad accounts.
3. Remove Anthros from Google or Microsoft
- Google: go to myaccount.google.com/connections, select Anthros, then Delete all connections.
- Microsoft: go to myapps.microsoft.com (work or school accounts) or account.live.com/consent/Manage (personal accounts), select Anthros, then Remove.
4. Ask us to delete your data
Send an email to hi@anthros.ai.vn with the subject "Data deletion request" and include:
- the email address or Facebook, Google or Microsoft account you used with Anthros;
- the organization or instance address you used (for example, yourcompany.anthros.ai.vn), if you know it;
- what you want deleted: connection tokens, your user account, or everything.
We will confirm receipt within 3 working days and complete the deletion within 30 days. We will reply with a confirmation once it is done. If your data is held in an organization's instance, we will carry out the request together with that organization.
5. What is deleted
- Access and refresh tokens for the connection.
- The basic profile of the connected account (account ID and display name).
- On request, your Anthros user account and the personal data linked to it.
We may keep information the law requires us to keep, such as invoices, for the period the law requires.
More detail is in our Privacy Policy.
